The City Administration team is responsible for operating the daily business of the City under the leadership and direction of the City Manager. Dave Slezickey has been the City Manager since May of 2012. He began service in municipal government in 2002, and transitioned to municipal management in 2009. His background in municipal service began as a volunteer firefighter and includes service as Council Member, Economic Development Director, and as City Manager. Prior to entering local government, Dave worked for the Oklahoma State Senate and Active Duty with Oklahoma Army National Guard and US Army.
Dave holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts with a dual major in History and Political Science. He completed 40 graduate hours in the Masters in Public Administration Program before switching to the MBA program.
With over twenty years of service, he is currently a Sergeant Major with the Oklahoma Army National Guard. His service includes deployment to New Orleans immediately after Hurricane Katrina and a tour of duty in Iraq serving as the Platoon Sergeant for the Quick Reactionary Force at Camp Ramadi.
Dave is a member of the International City/County Managers Association; District 7 Representative Board Member of the City Managers Association of Oklahoma; Oklahoma Municipal League Certified Municipal Official; Past Chair Central Oklahoma Regional Development Authority, and current member of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Electric Systems of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Municipal Utilities Service Authority.

Brittney Hladik is the City Clerk, responsible for accurately maintaining all records and official documents of the City.

Anita James has worked for the City since 1994 and currently serves as City Treasurer, Payroll Director, and Benefits Coordinator.
The City Treasurer is responsible for compliance of fiscal operations for the City.
Anita is a Certified Public Finance Administrator with the Assoc. of Public Treasurers United States and Canada and is active in the Municipal Clerks & Treasurers Association.

Jeanne Duffy is the Accounts Payable Director for the City. Jeanne has worked for the City since 1996. In conjunction with the City Treasurer, Jeanne ensures accurate reception of goods and services and rendering timely payments to vendors by verifying and validating all acquisitions requiring expenditures of funds.

Utility Billing Director
Denise Payne is the Director of Utility Billing and has worked for the City since 2002. Denise coordinates work orders for department responses and maintains the utility billing system recording consumption usage and processing monthly bills.

Torie Soulek has worked for the City since 2010. In addition to duties as the Accounts Receivables Director, she is also the Municipal Court Clerk. Torie is responsible for setting the docket and recording court proceedings with the Honorable Randy Mecklenburg presiding as City Judge.
Torie has recently received certification as a Certified Court Clerk from the Oklahoma Municipal Court Clerks Association and is working on her advanced certification.
