Steve Loftis serves as the Emergency Management Director for both the City of Kingfisher and Kingfisher County. His office is located at the Kingfisher County Courthouse complex. Steve can be reached at (405)375-5662 or via email.
The Kingfisher Fire/EMS Department provides fire protection services for the City of Kingfisher as well as mutual aid to surrounding areas. The Department also provides EMS service within the 522 Ambulance District with Emergency Medical Technicians, Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians, and Paramedics.
The Department provides outreach training to the community and educational programs to Kingfisher Public Schools.

Kingfisher Police Department
The Kingfisher Police Department is located at 117 West Miles in Downtown Kingfisher. The department provides quality protection and services to the community as well as mutual aid to surrounding areas.
Under the leadership of Chief Dennis Baker, the department patrols Kingfisher, provides outreach training, and protects the general public.
