City Departments

Kingfisher Municipal Airport

The Kingfisher Airport is a concrete surface runway airport providing services for local aviation and agricultural spraying needs.  Jason East is the Airport Manager and can be reached at (405)375-4886.

Kingfisher Memorial Library

The Kingfisher Memorial Library is located at 505 W. Will Rogers Dr providing full service opportunities for child, youth, and family literature and digital media.

Parks & Cemetery Department

Under the leadership of Parks Director Gary Kochenower, the Parks Department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of City Parks and the Golf Course.

Pavilion rentals and private parties can be coordinated through City Hall.


Gary also manages the Kingfisher Cemetery, located on Highway 33, west of town.  For burials and cemetery administrative needs, please contact City Hall at (405)375-3705.


The Kingfisher Veterans Memorial is located in the cemetery.

Senior Citizen Center

The Senior Citizen Center is located at 201 S. 6th Street and can be reached at (405)375-9022.  Lunch meals are served with activities Monday through Friday in conjunction with Wheatland Nutrition.

Reservations for private events can be coordinated through the Senior Citizen Center.

Street Department

Under the leadership of Street Superintendent Bobby Lumpkin, the Street Department is responsible for maintenance of Streets, Alleys, Drainage, Easement and Right of Ways.
