 An addition of homes for the expansion of Kingfisher's economy! Four homes are now under construction. Lots are available. A second phase is planned with sixteen lots. The streets are named after Kingfisher notables Sam Walton and W.C.Coleman. Walton was born in Kingfisher and built the Wal-Mart empire. Coleman started the Hydro-Carbon Lamp Company, tinkered in a Kingfisher basement, and the rest is history. Inspired by their entrepreneurial vision, the Kingfisher County Development Foundation has undertaken this housing addition to welcome new neighbors into Kingfisher County!
