Our Mission
The Kingfisher County Development Foundation (KCDF) was created in 1958 for the purpose of assisting and promoting industrial, economic, and civic growth within and in surrounding areas of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. By better serving the needs of business development and investment, the KCDF's pursuit of economic stability and growth has benefited our merchants, our city, our schools, our hospital, and of course our citizens.

Our future is your future . . . Kingfisher has quickly become the backyard to the thriving metropolis of Oklahoma City. Oklahoma City's systematic growth and development has narrowed the geographic margin between Kingfisher and Oklahoma City, leaving just 30 miles to separate us. See map.

Present KCDF strategies . . .

  • Welcome new neighbors into our area with the building of quality homes in the Trails West addition.
  • Invest for development of the Kingfisher Industrial Park. The industrial park is located just south of Kingfisher, further closing the gap between Oklahoma City and Kingfisher.
  • Offer incentives for builders and developers - investing in Kingfisher as it quickly becomes the home to so many Oklahoma City commuters has never been so promising.
  • Offer more opportunities to businesses seeking builders and developers, contact the KCDF.
