Pogo Pictures Company of Atlanta, Georgia filmed a series of television commercials for the Oklahoma Energy Resource Board at Homier Field in Kingfisher Park in April, 2005. Two local little league teams, coaches, and umpires were selected to be on the field for the filming of the commercial. Kingfisher rolled out the welcome mat for the production crew - cameramen, technicians, set designers, make-up artists, actors, and management.

The crew worked all day at the ball field to prepare and the shoot began at 4 pm. Kingfisher citizens of all ages filled the grandstands and enjoyed hotdogs and drinks while "acting" like fans.
